OUCH!
First off, let me say I know it's been a while and I've missed communicating with you. Now, to all my fellow Yogis & Yoginis: I'm looking for your advice. I tore my rotator cuff (diving for the phone, stupid, I know). I have a labral tear, 6 - 12 O'clock. While working with a physical therapist I have been performing as much yoga as possible.
I would love to hear wisdom from my colleagues regarding which asanas might help in strengthening & stretching my shoulder. I can't wait to increase my range of motion! Your input is greatly appreciated.
