Holiday pounds!

Hey everyone! Yep, that time of year has come to work off those holiday pounds. Take it slow, no injuries! Work with your trainer, local studio, even that Wii you just got (just don't let it replace your work-out!) As long as you get moving again & break a sweat, you're on the right track!
