Where have I been!?!

I wish I could say on a beautiful beach, watching the sun melt into the ocean...but I can't. I've been working (still love what I do), taking all kinds of fitness classes, everything from yoga (dah!) to kick-boxing. LOVE kick-boxing (Marnie rocks!), still not a huge fan of hot yoga but I do it at least once a week for detox. With the right teacher, it's not too bad. There are other things I won't go back to but I'm glad I tried.

Bust out of your shells. Try a new form of fitness. If for nothing else, it opens your eyes to what you are currently doing.
