Stay Hydrated!


A lot of people have asked me about certain forms of yoga which focus on raising your body temperature. Here is my pat answer; while I choose to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, there is a form out there for everyone. Just be very careful. No matter which form you choose, you are going to sweat (even the ladies). It is very important that you keep your body hydrated as it is quite difficult to practice yoga if you faint or worse. Choose your form carefully. Shanti
